Professional Experience
David Schaper has over fifteen years of public accounting experience, starting in Las Vegas before joining Barnard Vogler & Co. in 2010 to get back to his Northern Nevada roots. David has a breadth of expertise in the areas of governmental engagements and non-profits, including OMB A-133 audits, in addition to auditing acumen in the banking, financial and distribution sectors. David also works on a variety of tax projects-large and small, while further diversifying his experience by testifying multiple times in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

David graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.
Personal Activities
David spends most of his free time on outdoor activities, whether it’s bagging a 13,000’ peak in the summer, catching a wild trout, honing his golf skills, or finding time during tax season to enjoy the snow.
