Professional Experience

Bill Saylor joined Barnard Vogler & Co. in 2018 as a senior manager and became a Director in 2021 and a shareholder in 2022.  Bill has over 30 years of industry and public accounting experience.  Bill works on a variety of tax engagements and audits for businesses, nonprofits and government entities. Bill also brings extensive experience from his industry days in government contracting, engineering, and internet marketing.

Community Involvement

Bill serves as Treasurer for the Planned Giving Roundtable of Northern Nevada and is a member of the University of Nevada, Reno Accounting Advisory Board.  He also serves on the finance committee for United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra.  His prior community involvement has included as a board member of various charitable organizations.

Education

Bill is a University of Nevada, Reno graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  He is a 2022 graduate of Upstream Academy’s Emerging Leaders Academy.

Personal Activities

Bill enjoys spending time with family, walking his dogs, and training at the dojo.
