Barnard Vogler & Co. announced the appointment of Jamie Lawson as the newest addition to the leadership team.

As a director of the firm, Lawson will serve as principal on a variety of attestation engagements.

With more than 30 years of combined public accounting and private industry expertise, Lawson brings a wealth of knowledge to Barnard Vogler & Co.

Her career began in 1993 in Oklahoma, where she honed her skills in public accounting. She later ventured into the private sector, serving as a chief financial officer at for-profit and not-for-profit organizations since 2013.

Lawson’s expertise spans several areas, including audit and attestation, CFO consultation, consolidations, and employee benefit plans.

Lawson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with concentrations in accounting and finance from Oklahoma Baptist University. She is a graduate of the Leadership Reno-Sparks Class of 2012.

Lawson is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants.
