Office Manager/Bookkeeper

This is a combined office manager and bookkeeping position.

The Office Manager responsibilities include involvement in all phases of administration, personnel, and finance for the firm. Bookkeeping responsibilities include a wide range of activities spanning from entering client transactions to financial statements.

Applicants Must Possess:

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards
  • Accounting/bookkeeping experience
  • Aptitude for learning and implementing new software applications
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • High standard of professionalism in conduct and appearance

BVCo. emphasizes a positive, team-based environment.  With that in mind, this position also includes assisting other administrative and bookkeeping personnel as needed.  This can include covering the front desk, answering phones and assisting Directors when needed.

Full time is preferred but part time applications will be considered.
